Text is the fastest path to a heavy-hauling quote. Send pictures from three or four angles showing the pile, concrete, or debris field, plus a shot of the access — driveway, gate width, and distance from the pile to where a truck can park. Photo quotes are the standard for heavy hauling since volume and density are easy to see in pictures. For larger multi-load jobs or unclear material access, an on-site walk-through prices it accurately. Either way, the estimate is free.
Verbal + texted written quote — per-load or per-project
Heavy hauling is priced per load or per project. Single-load jobs get the $500 minimum for the first 4 cubic yards, with added yardage priced up to the 5–10 cu yd trailer capacity. Multi-load jobs are quoted per project with a written all-inclusive number before the first truck moves.
Scheduling & equipment prep
Most standard jobs run 24 to 72 hours from the accepted quote; larger multi-load or multi-day jobs get slotted by scope. For concrete or dense material, Polk Services confirms disposal facility routing before scheduling, since some material has specific acceptance windows.
Text 30 minutes before we arrive
You get a text 30 minutes before the truck rolls up. On heavy jobs the notification matters — the dump trailer and skid steer need clean access, so moving parked vehicles or opening gates beforehand keeps the schedule on track.
Load, haul & rake-clean the work area
The Kubota or full-size Cat loads the trailer, which hauls to the facility, and subsequent loads go the same way until the job is done. The last step is a rake-clean of the pickup area — the ground where the material sat is raked clear of leftover pieces before the crew leaves.

$500 minimum for the first 4 cubic yards of heavy material (dirt, concrete, construction debris, dense material). The 7-by-16-foot dump trailer carries 5 to 10 cubic yards per load depending on density. Multi-load jobs are quoted per project with an all-inclusive written number.

Facility Fees, Quoted Upfront
Some heavy materials carry a per-ton facility disposal fee. Concrete recycling has its own facility path and fee structure, and contaminated dirt can have additional costs. All facility fees are quoted as line items on the written quote before work starts — no invoice surprises.
Bundle & Contractor Pricing
Combining a heavy haul with the concrete demolition or grading that produced the debris cuts the total below separate contractors. For GCs and remodelers with recurring haul-off, Polk Services quotes volume pricing case-by-case, with Net 15 terms on approved commercial accounts.
Payment Terms
