Photo-based quoting is the standard here — the material is already sitting there, ready to haul. Text (863) 344-5806 pictures showing the whole pile, close-ups of the material, and access shots showing where a truck and trailer can park.
Photo quote or on-site walk-through
Standard residential brush piles quote accurately from photos. An on-site walk-through helps for larger multi-trip piles, mixed brush-and-construction debris, or piles with unclear access geometry. Free either way.
Verbal quote plus a texted written quote
Every removal is priced twice — verbal on the call, then written by text. The $300 minimum covers the first 4 cubic yards; larger piles are priced per volume or per trip on the written quote, so there’s no surprise.
Scheduling — fast turnaround
Same-day and next-day pickups are common within the 20-mile radius when the schedule allows. Standard brush pile removal completes in one visit.
Equipment-compacted loading
The Kubota SCL1000 or the full-size Cat loads the pile into the dump trailer. Equipment loading compacts the debris far more than hand-loading, which reduces the trip count on larger piles and keeps cost aligned with the quote.
Rake-clean the pickup area
The last step is a rake-clean of where the pile sat — small pieces that fell off during loading get picked up, so no debris is left behind and the area is ready to mow, plant, or leave open.

Standard Minimums
$300 minimum for the first 4 cubic yards of standard brush pile and vegetation debris. Larger piles are priced per volume or per trip, quoted upfront from photo review or an on-site walk-through. Multi-trip loads on larger or commercial-scale piles are quoted per project.

Hand-loaded truck beds carry brush at low bulk density — branches stack loosely and take up more volume than their mass. Equipment-loaded dump trailers compact debris significantly more, increasing per-load capacity by roughly 30 to 60 percent on typical brush piles, which drops the trip count and keeps cost aligned with the quote.
Palm Fronds & Mixed Loads
Palm fronds are fibrous and some facilities charge a small premium for palm-heavy loads. Mixed loads with non-vegetation debris route to construction-debris disposal rather than vegetation facilities, which changes the per-ton fee. Both are flagged on the written quote.
Bundle Pricing
Combining brush pile removal with a tree removal, landscape reset, yard cleanup, or stump grinding brings the total below what separate contractors would charge. Ask on the estimate call.
