Verbal + Texted Written Quote, All-Inclusive

Every estate cleanout is priced twice: verbal on-site or on the call, then written by text. The written quote is all-inclusive: labor, hauling, disposal fees, dump trailer, and dumpster rotation. If scope changes mid-job (additional rooms, an outbuilding, an unexpectedly large item) Polk Services stops and re-quotes before continuing.

Sensitive-Item Sorting Before Hauling

Before anything goes on the truck, the family gets a chance to walk through with Donny and flag anything to set aside: photos, documents, jewelry, keepsakes. For out-of-state families this happens through photo text messages of every drawer and closet. Nothing gets loaded until the family has signed off.

Hauling: Trailer + Rotating Dumpster Fleet

Once sorting is complete, the crew starts loading. The 7×16 dump trailer plus four dumpsters rotate through the job: one loading, one hauling to disposal, one coming back empty.
