That’s 19 years running heavy equipment and hauling material across Central Florida. Exterior painting — no longer offered (Polk Services previously ran painting and ended that scope).
Pressure washing — routed to specialty pressure-washing contractors.
Hardscape & paver installation — routed to hardscape contractors.
Interior renovation — drywall, flooring, and finish carpentry go to remodeling contractors.
Hurricane shutter install/removal — routed to hurricane-protection specialists.
Hazardous tree removal — trees on structures, near power lines, or needing a crane go to a full-service arborist.
Full pool jackhammer demolition — a different equipment class; Polk Services runs residential in-ground pool demolition with proper permits and partners.
