Larger properties, multi-service projects, or unclear access benefit from a walk-through. Free either way, usually scheduled within 24 to 72 hours.

Wide Shot — the Whole Job

From far enough back to see everything at once: the whole brush pile, shed, yard, or cleanout space. This tells Donny the scope.

Close-Up — the Material

What the material actually is — brush type, structure condition, or item specifics (freestanding vs hardwired). This tells Donny the workflow.

Access — Approach & Gate

Where the truck and trailer can park, and the backyard gate if any. This tells Donny whether the 36-inch Kubota or the full-size Cat is the right machine.

After You Submit

Donny reviews your submission

Photos, description, and address get reviewed. If anything’s unclear, he replies with a quick follow-up. Standard reply time in business hours is a few hours or less.

Verbal quote — call or text

Donny calls or texts with the verbal quote and confirms every scope element with you before the written quote goes out.

Written quote by text

Every scope element, price line, and included/excluded item is on paper. Review it as long as you need.

Every scheduled arrival includes a 30-minute-ahead text with the ETA — part of the Polk Services Standard.

Are estimates really free even if you drive out? +

Yes. Even on-site walk-through estimates are free with no trip charge — that’s why the walk-through only happens inside the 20-mile radius.

How fast do I get the quote? +

Photo quotes by text usually come back the same business day. Phone quotes are same-day when the call is made during business hours. On-site walk-throughs are scheduled within 24 to 72 hours.

Do I have to book after the estimate? +

No. Zero obligation. If Polk Services isn’t the right fit, or timing or pricing doesn’t work, there’s no follow-up pressure.

Do you charge for changing the scope after the quote? +

Scope changes get a revised written quote before Polk Services proceeds. No day-of-job surprise charges — if you add or remove work, the revised quote goes out for approval first.

Do you take deposits on residential jobs? +

Most standard residential jobs are paid on completion with no deposit. Some larger multi-day projects require a partial deposit (typically 20%, sometimes 50%) — flagged in the written quote if it applies.
